50's Forward

Come and join the Fifties Forward Group at the YMCA every Wednesday morning at 9am for a social hour of aerobic workshop, cup of tea and biscuit.Get fit with indoor movement to music, aerobics, stretch flex and tone, Zumba, circuit training.  Great way to meet friends and exercise.

Restricted mobility and Athritis class  Mondays 10.30am- 11.30am. Move it or lose it, excercise to prevent injury and have fun under the guidence of Ami Gordon and Kath Thomas.

Stoke rehabilitation class at St Andrews Church 10.30-11.30am.   Exercise is concentrated around mirror excersices and increasing strength for the whole body.
