50's Forward

Prime Movers Programme.

Come and join the 50's Forward Group at the YMCA every Monday and Wednesday morning at 9.30am for a social hour of aerobics, (cup of tea on Wednesday).  Get fit with indoor movement to music, aerobics, stretch flex and tone.

Zumba Gold Tuesdays and Thursdays 10.30-11.30am, Sunday 10:15-11:00am $3 per session.

Restricted mobility and Athritis class Mondays 10.30am- 11.30am.   Move it or lose it, excercise to prevent injury and have fun under the guidence of  Kath Thomas. $3 per session.

Stroke rehabilitation class at St Andrews Church: Thursdays 10.30-11.30am.  Exercise is concentrated around mirror exercises and increasing strength for the whole body.

Tai Chi is on Thursday 11.30am at YMCA stadium FREE CLASS( Registered with Turanga Health)

Come down and join the friendly Team at the YMCA, great way to socialise and get fit at the same time.  We would love to see you.
