About the Role -

As a Registered ECE Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, nurturing education programme aligned with Te Whāriki, while supporting the YMCA’s values and centre objectives. You will work collaboratively with kaiako, whānau, and the wider community to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

Centre Manager (ECE) - Te Whare Kohungahunga o Y Tamariki

About the Role -

The Centre Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of Y Tamariki. You will ensure the centre operates safely, effectively, and in alignment with kaupapa Māori values, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and Ministry of Education requirements.

You will lead staff, oversee operational systems, support whānau engagement, and work closely with the General Manager - Services to ensure high-quality bilingual practice.
