We are here to assist you with every visit and help you meet your goals whether you are training for an event or wanting to keep fit we have a program for you.

Personal Trainers work independently within the YMCA Facilities outside their rostered hours. All consultations are by appointment and can be made through the Personal Trainers. Personal Trainers are being utilised by people from all walks of life who want to get the most out of their exercise.
